We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." WE bought this for a guest room. It has worked out great. I was a little worried at first because it smelled pretty bad for about two days. Other reviewers mentioned this, but I did not realize how bad it would be. The smell did disappear though.

This is very comfortable and holds its shape and position on our couch. We use it all the time.I love almost everything about it. The only bad things are: I don't like the huge stitching that holds the cover on and the stitching for the tag was weak and came apart where the tag was inserted it was easy to fix and not enough damage to return.

this futon is okay.....just okay. It holds it's shape poorly, develops a real big cavity but is fairly comfortable. I did top it with a foam pad because of the lumpiness though. Hmm, maybe average is a little kind?

This mattress is used as our primary seating in the living room. We only put the new mattress on our futon today, but it is amazingly comfortable. It's an incredible difference from the 8" spring mattress we had before. The mattress arrived rolled up and we put our cover on before it fully expanded. It puffed up nicely in just 24 hours. This mattress is both comfortable and supportive.
