I use it for a temporary bed in my college apartment. i needed something of decent quality to last three years. It seems like it will do the job!
Service and delivery comments:
I found out the delivery was prompt but only after my new mattress sat near my back door for two weeks. i didn't receive any door notice that it was in the back of the building so i was displeased. however, even though it had snowed and rained the package was properly wrapped so no effect on the mattress. Thank God.

This is by far the most comfortable futon mattress I have ever owned. Now the futon frame I have is not the best quality and it STILL feels like I'm on a cloud. In short, I love it. The memory foam makes a big difference for my back.
